Welcome to Anem HQ. By accessing and using the Anem HQ website, products, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Note: If you are purchasing managed operations services or subscribing through Stripe or another payment method, the Subscription Agreement governs your subscription. These Terms of Service apply to general website use and non-subscription services.
All payments for Anem HQ products and services are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or handle sensitive payment information, such as credit card details, on our servers. Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, meaning they process payments and handle payment disputes on our behalf.
Anem HQ provides SaaS products, managed operations services, AI automation solutions, and business efficiency tools. Our services include but are not limited to:
Important: Our services are operational and technical. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Digital Products & SaaS: Due to the digital nature of our software licenses, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated specifically on the product page.
Managed Services: For managed operations and automation services, fees are non-refundable except where we materially fail to deliver the services described and do not remedy the issue within a reasonable time after written notice. See the Subscription Agreement for details.

For general inquiries or assistance with managed services, contact us at hello@anemhq.com. Please note our support response time may vary depending on the service tier you are subscribed to.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:
A violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to services.
Access & Accounts: You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information (e.g., email, phone, calendar access), keeping any login credentials secure, and ensuring only authorized personnel use the systems.
Content & Data: You are responsible for any content, data, or instructions you provide to us (e.g., email copy, pricing, offers, templates). You represent that you have the right to use that content and to authorize us to use it in delivering the services.
Our Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to our software, workflows, prompts, configurations, templates, documentation, know-how, and any improvements or customizations we create are and will remain the exclusive property of Anem HQ and its licensors. Your purchase or subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and systems in accordance with these Terms.
Your Rights: You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, customer data, and content you provide to us. You grant us a license to use that material solely to deliver and improve the services.
Showcase Rights: Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may list your business name and logo as a client and describe our work at a high level, without revealing confidential or sensitive information.
Both parties agree to keep non-public business, technical, or financial information received from the other party confidential, and use it only to perform under this agreement. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party materially breaches these terms and does not cure within 30 days after written notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to services and systems will end. We may delete your data from our systems after 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Note: For subscription services, cancellation terms are governed by the Subscription Agreement.
Anem HQ provides all software and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI tools, automations, and integrations can make mistakes, misinterpret inputs, or be affected by third-party changes. You are ultimately responsible for reviewing important communications and decisions before relying on them.
No Guarantees of Results: We do not guarantee any particular revenue, number of leads, bookings, or business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Anem HQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost business, or lost data), even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Anem HQ's total liability for all claims arising from this Agreement will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months prior to the claim, per incident.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anem HQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services.
Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, terrorism, war, internet outages, and software failures or disruptions beyond reasonable control.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the “Last Updated” date. The version in effect when you use our services or sign an order applies to that term. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, but you must comply with any local laws, including data protection laws (such as GDPR) that apply in your country of residence.
