Welcome to Anem HQ. By purchasing any product, license, or service from Anem HQ or its affiliated properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
All payments for Anem HQ products are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or handle sensitive payment information, such as credit card details, on our servers.
Digital Products & SaaS: Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our software licenses, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Specific refund policies, if any, will be clearly stated on individual product pages.
Physical Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact support for return instructions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to misuse our services by, for example:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software.
- Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the service.
A violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software and services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Anem HQ and its licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Anem HQ provides all software and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Anem HQ's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of fifty dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the six months prior to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
